This is a key role within the business, sitting between senior leadership and executives, responsible for leading planning output, managing client relationships and driving campaign performance across a portfolio of major brands. As Media Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end media planning across offline and digital channels. You will work closely with strategy, digital, performance and investment teams to deliver integrated, data-led media solutions aligned to client objectives. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and ensuring best-in-class planning standards.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the development of integrated media plans across TV, OOH, digital and social
Translate client briefs into strategic, insight-driven media recommendations
Manage day-to-day client communication and presentations
Oversee campaign implementation in collaboration with buying and activation teams
Monitor performance and optimise campaigns based on data and insights
Manage budgets, phasing and forecasting
Support in new business pitches and strategic proposals
Mentor and develop Media Executives and Senior Executives
Requirements:
4-6 years of experience within a media planning agency
Strong understanding of the Saudi media landscape
Experience across both offline and digital planning
Confident client-facing skills and presentation ability
Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with data
Experience using media tools and planning systems
Arabic is highly preferred given client requirements
