Job Description:

Flynn Wright’s Accelerated Media Certification Program is a first-of-its-kind, paid internship designed to help students become employment-ready media planners and buyers. The program blends structured learning with hands-on agency experience, real client exposure, and opportunities to earn industry-recognized certifications

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist with media planning, buying, optimization, and reporting in a simulation project
  • Learn how to build and evaluate media mixes across digital, social, search, video, audio, broadcast, print, and out-of-home
  • Support campaign setup, pacing, and performance analysis
  • Participate in training sessions covering media tactics, targeting, and industry trends
  • Collaborate with media team members
  • Build and present a final, real-world media plan as part of the program curriculum

Requirements:

  • Current college student or recent graduate in marketing, advertising, communications, analytics, or related field
  • Strong interest in media, advertising, and marketing strategy
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working with numbers, data, and multiple deadlines
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
