Management within the Construction and M&E environment to oversee complex infrastructure installations, ensuring compliance with international standards and project specifications
Strong technical expertise in HVAC systems, chilled water, CRAH/CRAC management and mechanical plant operations
Proficiency in BIM co-ordination and clash detection during mechanical system design and implementation
Commissioning experience in mission-critical facilities (eg data centres, pharmaceutical plants)
Familiarity with regional building codes, labour laws, and safety standards

Engagement with the commercial tea, ensuring Sub-contractor contracts and performance are implemented. Management/contracts management across the full operations
Working with the project commercial lead, identify and manage project risks and opportunities, ensuring that these are commercially mitigated or enhanced to provide a clear and up-to-date risk position
Lead the team to effectively manage the appointed specialist Sub-Contractors and ensure the work is being carried out safely, to the specification and programme. Develop effective, sustainable relationships with key subcontractor organisations
