This is a stable, Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm) role, perfect for an engineer looking for a premier City location with a straightforward commute. The Role You will be the technical lead for all mechanical services on-site, ensuring the building's infrastructure operates at peak efficiency.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leading planned maintenance and rapid response repairs on mechanical plant
  • Maintaining HVAC systems, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, and pressurized systems
  • Ensuring all water treatment and L8 records are up to date
  • Overlooking specialist vendors when they visit the site

Requirements:

  • City & Guilds Level 2/3 in Mechanical Engineering or Plumbing/Heating & Ventilation
  • Proven track record in a commercial building services or facilities management environment
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, cooling towers, and basic building management systems (BMS)
  • A "can-do" attitude and the ability to be client-facing in a high-end corporate setting
  • Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK
