Quickly develop knowledge of codes, standards, and best practices and the ability to apply them within the plumbing design
Be able to develop and draft domestic water and sanitary plans, riser diagrams and schedules
Develop the understanding of the components of the mechanical, electrical and fire protection systems that will affect the design and be able to coordinate those discipline requirements into the plumbing design
Attend internal and client coordination meetings with senior staff
Apply general engineering principles to develop problem solving abilities and technical expertise
Learn the basics of project management and project budgets
Expectation of technical and management growth to assume a more responsible role
