Job Description:

McArthur's Server Assistant is responsible for setting and clearing dining tables, stocking service stations, and assisting the Server in delivering an exceptional dining experience. This is a full-time opening, you must be available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Job Responsibility:

Set and prepare tables for dining, including folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water
Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repair
Stock, maintain and clean designated food stations
Assist Server with table service, including serving beverages, breads
Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Follow all policies and procedures of the hotel and department
Complete all sidework and assist with other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

Prior food and beverage experience
Prior customer service experience
Prior luxury / upscale dining experience
Maricopa Food Handlers Card
