Job Description:

This position is for a Maths Teaching Assistant in an Ofsted Outstanding secondary school in Southwark, London. It involves working within maths lessons, providing both in-class and out-of-class interventions, primarily for KS3, KS4, and KS5 students. The role comes with a permanent contract, offering annual compensation between £24,830 and £32,000, and provides an opportunity for salaried teacher training.

Job Responsibility:

  • Working specifically within Maths lessons
  • Supporting in class, as well as out of class with interventions
  • Working across KS3 & KS4 + KS5
  • 1:1 support bi-weekly

Requirements:

  • STEM Graduate with a 1st class or 2:1 degree
  • Strong academics are essential
  • Interested in working with students of all abilities, lower and higher
