Job Description:

We are looking for a master thesis student to work on the development of a methodology to test and simulate humidity effect on wood-based materials. The work involves varied tasks like extensive testing in climate chamber, measurement using state of the art digital image correlation system, develop simulation model by using measured data.

Job Responsibility:

Develop simulation material model for humidity
Arrange/present the test data, from DOE’s in order to make meaningful conclusions

Requirements:

A background in mechanical engineering
Curious and courageous to try new things
Strong skills in quantitative analysis and enjoy working with large data
Enjoy working in an international and multi-disciplinary team
Fluent in English
