3+ years of experience interfacing with suppliers and managing supplier demand

Job Responsibility

Development and ownership of the master production schedule covering all critical manufacturing resources
Ensure the plan fulfills all internal and external customer demand and is balanced with resources and available capacity
Ensure cross-functional involvement / alignment with all key stakeholders
Support Production management/ME concerning resource capability/capacity, labor availability/working calendar and demonstrated performance
Support Program Management concerning new parts PPAP, run at rate, product launch and End-of-Life planning
Design and develop the production schedule plan considering all aspects of production including low cost, timeliness, efficiency, plant capacity, and customer fulfillment
Plan and schedule production sequence for each department and operation to maintain/improve established manufacturing workflow and efficiency
Coordinate/expedite manufacturing releases/builds to ensure production schedules are achieved and on-time shipment to customer
Monitor the production plan daily to ensure it fully supports the Master Production Schedule and meets customer service goals, operational targets, inventory levels, and capacity utilization objectives
Run daily production reports to review open sales orders, monitor backlog, identify shortages and/or production issues
