This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Global Company! We are seeking a highly skilled Master Baker to oversee our Commissary Facility baking team in Anchorage, AK. The Master Baker will be responsible for overseeing the production of a wide variety of baked goods, ensuring the highest quality and consistency. This role requires extensive baking knowledge, leadership skills, and a passion for creating exceptional products.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the preparation and baking of a wide range of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to established recipes and standards
  • Develop and refine recipes to enhance product offerings and meet customer preferences
  • Train and mentor junior bakers, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards are maintained
  • Ensure all baked goods meet quality, taste, and presentation standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering of supplies to ensure efficient production
  • Operate and maintain bakery equipment, ensuring it is clean and in good working condition
  • Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute production schedules
  • Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as a baker, with a strong background in a commissary or commercial bakery setting
