Job Responsibility

Oversee the preparation and baking of a wide range of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to established recipes and standards
Develop and refine recipes to enhance product offerings and meet customer preferences
Train and mentor junior bakers, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards are maintained
Ensure all baked goods meet quality, taste, and presentation standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering of supplies to ensure efficient production
Operate and maintain bakery equipment, ensuring it is clean and in good working condition
