Job Description:

The Markets Close Analyst I is an entry level position responsible for contributing to efforts that ensure the completeness, accuracy and integrity of the bank’s books and records. Responsibilities include preparing and posting closing accounting entries, general ledger reconciliation, and supporting senior Markets Controllers with analysis.

Job Responsibility:

Execute a book of work during the month-end close
Maintain control guidelines and supporting documentation
Escalate anomalies and issues in an efficient and timely manner
Support senior Markets Controllers with analysis and substantiation

Requirements:

General knowledge of Financial Statements
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Exemplary organizational skills and self-review skills
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Advanced English Skills required
Intermediate-Advanced Excel knowledge
Accounting Knowledge is preferred
Detailed Oriented / Analytical
