Job Responsibility:
Lead the definition of future tools and technology direction by gathering requirements and distilling essential functionality to grow the digital services business
Drive initiatives focused on increasing subscriptions, promoting business objectives through creative technological solutions, and achieving resource efficiencies
Identify and implement creative strategies to boost earned and owned media presence and accelerate subscriber growth
Translate insights from cross-functional teams, transforming abstract ideas and concepts into clear product requirements and actionable roadmaps for tool development
Oversee the management of requests for web landing pages and creative assets, collaborating with developers and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery
Provide crucial support for the setup, link testing, messaging, and reporting for new affiliates, directly contributing to the delivery of digital services trials and subscriptions
Assess team capabilities and limitations, accurately quantifying associated risks and costs for new projects
Act as a central connector, liaising with engineering, production support, design, and product marketing teams to align on upcoming product launches or changes impacting marketing and partner tools
Manage the daily marketing tools roadmap, coordinating effectively with external engineering agencies and key internal stakeholders
Oversee product briefs and conduct regular meetings to ensure project timeliness and provide comprehensive progress updates to all teams
Assist in the setup of tracking mechanisms and the integration of various APIs
Proactively identify opportunities to expand the suite of marketing tools by understanding common and ongoing business needs
Serve as a vital resource for internal teams globally and key external partners, providing day-to-day troubleshooting, education, and communication regarding tools and roadmaps
Manage the successful implementation of new tools, including providing training and creating essential documentation
Monitor and oversee the performance of marketing tools, ensuring optimal functionality and impact
Communicate key information to executives through regular reports and comprehensive launch summaries
