Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Foothill Ranch, California. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies across various digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive business growth.

Job Responsibility:

Plan and implement email campaigns that align with marketing objectives and drive audience engagement
Develop and manage marketing activities, including digital campaigns and promotional initiatives
Coordinate the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Utilize tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Asana to streamline project management and content creation
Optimize website performance and manage content updates using WordPress
Leverage HubSpot to track campaign performance and analyze customer data
Create and schedule engaging social media content to increase brand awareness and audience interaction
Monitor social media channels and respond to community engagement in a timely manner
Collaborate with teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all marketing platforms
Track and report on campaign metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing roles with a focus on digital strategies
Proficiency in email campaign management and digital marketing tools
Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Asana, WordPress, and HubSpot
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation
Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines effectively
Excellent analytical skills to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Familiarity with marketing metrics and reporting tools
