Job Responsibility:
Lead the Surgical & Urology business unit at a global medical technology leader
Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive significant revenue growth in a dynamic and collaborative environment
Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing strategies
Manage sales KPIs and provide feedback to sales representatives and managers
Develop accurate revenue forecasts and manage progress towards revenue goals
Design and execute promotional campaigns and sales incentive plans
Analyze competitive information and share insights with sales and marketing teams
Manage compliance processes and build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
Develop and launch digital sales activity management systems
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in sales or marketing within the medical device industry, with a focus on surgical urology (disposable products preferred)
3+ years of people management experience
Proven experience in product life cycle management
Demonstrated success in stakeholder management
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Proven ability to lead and manage projects successfully
Experience developing and implementing marketing campaigns
Experience with CRM systems and sales data analysis
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, business administration)
