Tech-savvy, data-driven, detail-oriented marketer to take ownership of marketing tech stack, data operations, and reporting. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and sales operations to execute omni-channel campaigns and make measurable impact on lead creation, contact engagement, and revenue creation.
Job Responsibility:
Tech Stack Management: Own administration and integration of marketing technology stack (Pardot/Salesforce, WordPress, Sequel.io, Sprout Social)
Configure and optimize marketing tools and systems
Own marketing database, ensuring data integrity
Maintain documentation for processes and workflows
Train team on tool utilization
Funnel Reporting, Analytics & Optimization: Analyze marketing funnel and track lead stages
Ensure airtight tracking and sourcing of leads
Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Pardot/Salesforce
Identify opportunities for improvement and implement multi-touch attribution
Execute in Channels: Support execution of campaigns (email, website, landing pages, webinars)
Maintain website security and performance
Project & Vendor Management: Oversee project schedules and prioritization using Asana
Serve as primary point of contact with marketing technology vendors/contractors
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in marketing operations
Deep experience with Salesforce (Pardot and Sales)
Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, GoToWebinar)
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multiple priority environment
Experience managing vendors and/or contractors
Strong project management skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Excellent analytical skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
Nice to have:
Located in the Boston area or East Coast
Experience in healthcare tech/SaaS
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, information technology, or a related field
