Job Description:

We’re looking for a strategic, growth-focused Marketing Operations Manager who excels at building scalable automation systems and optimising lead operations. You're passionate about creating efficient processes that enable sales team success and support strategic go-to-market initiatives. Working closely with our VP of Growth and sales leadership, you'll implement and manage our marketing technology stack to ensure seamless ICP mapping, lead flow and campaign execution. You bring strong technical capabilities combined with business acumen, able to design automation workflows and optimise sales handoff processes that drive measurable growth. We’re trusted by 200+ world-class AI teams — and we’re just getting started. If you want to own martech ops that fuels growth in one of the most exciting spaces in tech, this is your opportunity.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build and optimise scalable marketing automation systems — designing lead scoring, routing, and nurturing workflows that maximise conversion rates specifically to pipeline creation
  • Implement and manage our marketing technology stack including HubSpot, Clay, and enrichment tools — ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance to support growth initiatives
  • Partner closely with VP of Growth, Sales leadership, and SDR teams to align marketing operations with GTM priorities, ensuring smooth lead handoff and clear SLAs between marketing and sales
  • Lead the execution of digital marketing campaigns through effective martech utilisation — from setup and automation to performance tracking and optimisation
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of lead flow, conversion metrics, and attribution data — using insights to continuously improve processes and campaign effectiveness
  • Manage lead operations including data hygiene, deduplication, segmentation, and database management to maintain high-quality prospect data
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reporting systems that provide clear visibility into marketing performance, pipeline health, and ROI across all channels

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of building systems that directly impact pipeline and revenue
  • Technical and strategic — understanding how to implement complex automation workflows while keeping business objectives at the center of every decision
  • Know how to translate marketing campaign requirements into technical solutions, working seamlessly between marketing teams and sales operations
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator who can bring together Growth, Sales, RevOps, and Leadership teams around shared operational priorities and campaign goals
  • Both a strategist and an implementer: can design high-level marketing operations strategy but also roll up your sleeves to build workflows, troubleshoot issues, and execute campaigns
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, fast pace, and changing priorities — takes initiative to solve problems without waiting for perfect specifications
  • Proven experience with HubSpot and enrichment tools — with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies as our stack evolves
What we offer:
  • Competitive salary, commission and equity in a hyper growth business
  • Strong in-person culture: most of our team is in the office 3+ days a week
  • Room to grow into anything you choose to
  • 25 days annual leave a year + public holidays
  • Encord offers a unique opportunity to be part of a startup with a clear mission and vision
  • You will get to explore and build services enterprise AI use cases across many different industry verticals such as healthcare, surveillance, retail, agriculture and many more
  • Our work is at the cutting edge of computer vision and deep learning, which also includes working on solving unsolved problems within those fields
