Job Description:

Marketing Officer position in the Corporate Marketing team in Athens, responsible for supporting marketing campaigns, event coordination, and brand messaging across multiple channels.

Job Responsibility:

Support in planning, developing, and executing corporate marketing campaigns that align with business goals and corporate brand strategy
Collaborate with internal teams (Communications, HR, Energy, and Metallurgy divisions) to develop messaging, creative assets, and rollout plans across multiple channels (TV, digital, print, internal communications)
Assist in the design and production of corporate videos highlighting Metlen's projects worldwide
Track and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports and recommendations for improvement
Coordinate logistics for corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, and sponsorships
Support event marketing efforts including invitations, promotional materials, digital campaigns, and follow-up
Work with vendors, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure flawless execution
Contribute to the development of marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, fact sheets, and event collateral
Manage administrative tasks such as vendor coordination, budget tracking, and maintaining marketing calendars
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all campaigns and events

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in corporate/brand marketing, corporate communications, or event management
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong networking ability internally and externally
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
A creative, problem-solving, and result-oriented mindset with strong collaboration and project management skills
High sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
