The Marketing Manager DACH will be responsible for driving demand generation and regional marketing execution for a specific region. This role includes strategic planning, digital ownership, and collaboration with global teams to ensure the regional marketing plan supports the sales strategy and contributes to pipeline growth. The Marketing Manager will lead efforts across co-marketing, digital programs, events, ABM, and email campaigns, with a strong focus on improving web performance and optimizing conversion paths.
Job Responsibility:
Create and execute a localized, integrated revenue marketing plan aligned with regional sales strategies, ensuring programs drive pipeline growth
Oversee web performance for the FNB region, advocating for improvements that support better conversion paths and optimizing the user experience in partnership with the Global Marketing team
Plan, track, and report on key pipeline drivers, including owned media, co-marketing, digital programs, event strategy, ABM, and email campaigns
Identify and leverage opportunities to increase Docebo’s share of voice in the region through influencer marketing, co-marketing initiatives, and regular performance reporting to understand contribution to revenue
Work closely with global marketing teams to localize demand generation, digital, and lifecycle programs, collaborating with channel owners to refine strategies for paid, ABM, and event performance
Become the go-to expert on regional audience behavior, providing insights into why we win or lose deals and what marketing efforts are most successful
Coordinate the creation of customer case studies and success stories to support marketing campaigns and showcase regional impact
Requirements:
6+ year relevant experience in a similar marketing role within a B2B SaaS organization
Strong understanding of modern demand generation techniques and digital metrics, with a focus on revenue-driven outcomes
Experience working with sales teams, particularly in a SaaS enterprise environment, to drive joint success
Fluency in German and English (both verbal and written)
Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, Chili Piper, HubSpot, Tableau, and other digital tools
Prior experience collaborating with global marketing teams to build and execute regional programs
Proven ability to drive initiatives with minimal guidance and execute projects independently
