Job Description:

We are on the hunt for a Marketing Manager to join our team based in Pearland, Texas. As a Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in analyzing, optimizing, and executing marketing campaigns across a variety of channels. The Marketing Manager role will rely heavily on data-driven decision-making, campaign strategy, and collaboration with marketing teams and business line leaders to deliver measurable results and continuously optimize performance and cost per conversion metrics.

Job Responsibility:

Managing and executing key marketing strategies and initiatives
Supporting paid media initiatives including Direct Mail broadcast and digital that raise awareness and lead generation
Developing and executing marketing strategy and work with team members to support marketing on all channels including advertising web content development social media events videos and collateral materials
Managing business line’s multicultural marketing efforts

Requirements:

Seven years of experience in marketing strategy development and campaign execution
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media platforms and advertising channels
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field
