Job Responsibility:
Team Management: Inspire and lead a diverse team, fostering collaboration and professional development
Campaign Execution: Plan, manage, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience and align with strategic goals
Strategy Implementation: Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, ensuring consistency across all channels
Project Oversight: Manage workflow and priorities, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality marketing materials and campaigns
Performance Monitoring: utilise analytics and KPIs to track effectiveness and guide future initiatives, improving ROI
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product Development, Customer Service, and Logistics to maximise marketing impact
Quality Control: Ensure brand consistency and high standards in all creative and content outputs
Budget Support: Assist in managing and optimising the marketing budget for effective resource use
Requirements:
5+ years of marketing experience
At least 2 years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of core marketing disciplines: digital, content, email, SEO, paid media, branding, design, and social media
Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams effectively
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in using data and analytics tools to drive decisions and track performance
Creativity and innovation in contributing fresh ideas for campaigns and content
Strong multitasking abilities
Self-motivated with a knack for project management
