Field Sales Solutions is seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Executive to support a wide range of strategic marketing initiatives that elevate our brand, drive engagement, and contribute to business growth across the UK. This is a multifaceted role that combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across digital marketing, content creation, internal communications, and business development support. A core focus of the role is to own digital marketing initiatives with the objective of growing our presence and network through impactful communications and digital engagement that supports business growth.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels for Field Sales Solutions and Marvesting Group
Managing social media strategy, scheduling, and publishing across platforms
Own and grow our social media presence, including content ideas, strategy, and content creation
Identifying digital content opportunities and co-ordinating/creating content for use in campaigns and communications
Create and manage high-quality digital content including video, photos, blogs, case studies, and PR thought leadership articles for use across web, social media, and in trade press
Co-ordinate and create PR articles for prospect marketing and trade press, identifying opportunities for external PR coverage/sponsorship
Support internal communications initiatives to drive employee engagement through newsletters, presentations, and internal platforms, ensuring alignment with wider business and Group objectives
Own content co-ordination and identify new opportunities for participation at events, exhibitions, and awards
Analyse performance and report back on campaigns using marketing analytics tools to optimise client engagement and new business leads
Assist in the creation of sales collateral, proposals, and presentations, supporting new business activity and client engagement
Maintain and optimise our HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy and drive best practices across the business for data integrity and processes
Requirements:
Proven experience in a broad marketing role, ideally within a B2B environment
Social media strategy and management knowledge and expertise
Strong content creation skills, including design work, editing, video production, and photography
Proficient in CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred), social media management tools, and marketing analytics
Excellent presentation skills – ability to build engaging PowerPoint presentations/updates
Strong communication, organisational, and project management abilities
Creative and analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail
Based near Thame or happy to commute
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide
