Job Responsibility:
Confidently manage and optimise CMS and website content to streamline service offerings
Create engaging sales packs for professional staff, including PowerPoint presentations, digital assets, and flyers, tailored to segments and employer visits
Utilise Microsoft Dynamics CRM to manage databases for targeted direct mailouts and marketing campaigns
Conduct A/B testing to evaluate campaign effectiveness and improve marketing strategies
Develop and implement innovative customer journeys using automation tools to enhance member engagement and lead generation
Design and execute member recruitment initiatives, including strategy creation and end-to-end delivery in collaboration with the membership team, such as Member Get Member campaigns
Requirements:
Proven experience in membership marketing with a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Hands-on experience with CMS platforms and website management for marketing purposes
Strong background in developing sales materials and segmentation strategies
Competence in A/B testing, developing customer journeys, and automation marketing
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Proactive approach to lead generation and member recruitment initiatives
