Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Director to lead and execute the marketing strategy for our Oracle Systems Integrator business. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the enterprise software market, specifically Oracle solutions, and have a proven track record of building comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. As the Marketing Director, you will oversee all marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and managing a team of marketing professionals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports the company’s growth objectives
  • Lead branding, positioning, and messaging efforts to establish the company as a leader in Oracle Systems Integration
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive customer acquisition
  • Oversee digital marketing, content marketing, event marketing, and public relations initiatives
  • Manage outbound email messaging for Wins, Go Lives and Success Stories
  • Design and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns, including paid search, email marketing, SEO, content marketing, and webinars
  • Optimize lead nurturing processes through marketing automation tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Develop a compelling brand narrative and position the company as an industry thought leader in Oracle implementation services
  • Manage the creation of high-quality content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and video content
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and webinars, building relationships with key industry stakeholders
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering an environment of creativity, accountability, and high performance
  • Work closely with product, sales, and technical teams to ensure consistent messaging and successful campaign outcomes
  • Establish KPIs and regularly report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement
  • Stay informed about industry trends, Oracle’s evolving product offerings, and competitor strategies
  • Analyze market data to identify new opportunities for growth and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within the enterprise software or systems integration industry
  • Deep understanding of Oracle products, including Oracle Cloud, ERP, HCM, and SCM, and familiarity with system integration processes
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing marketing team
  • Ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges
  • Experience in data-driven marketing, with a strong understanding of analytics tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and techniques, including Linkedin Marketing, ZoomInfo etc.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in managing marketing for Oracle systems integrators or related tech services firms
  • Knowledge of global enterprise markets and the ability to adapt marketing strategies for different regions
  • Familiarity with partner marketing and working with Oracle as a key strategic partner.
