We're seeking a detail-oriented and insights-driven Marketing Data Analyst to turn data into actionable intelligence that drives marketing strategy, campaign performance, and business growth. This role will support marketing and leadership teams by analyzing data across channels, optimizing performance, and guiding data-informed decisions.
Job Responsibility:
Collect, clean, and analyze marketing data from multiple sources, including Google Analytics, CRM systems, email platforms, and social media channels
Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as conversion rates, ROI, customer acquisition cost, and engagement metrics
Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across digital channels (paid search, email, social, display, etc.)
Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to optimize campaign targeting, segmentation, and performance
Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to deliver data-driven recommendations for campaign strategy and content optimization
Support A/B testing, attribution modeling, and audience analysis initiatives
Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting systems and analytics tools
Stay current on emerging analytics tools, marketing technologies, and measurement methodologies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Analytics, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or performance marketing
Strong proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio)
Experience analyzing data from CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Constant Contact, Pardot)
Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and key performance metrics
Proficiency in SQL or data querying for reporting and analysis (preferred)
Experience using A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize) and attribution models
