The Marketing Coordinator will represent Cotton & Company by assisting the Marketing Manager team by maintaining client focus, and marketing creative standards. Candidate must be extremely detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work with vendors to obtain quotes and manage deliverables and deadlines
  • Assist Marketing team with meeting setup and preparations
  • Develop and implement Social/Digital marketing strategies for real estate clients
  • Manage and monitor our social communities on a variety of social networks
  • Client liaison on an ongoing basis to ensure accuracy and compliance with brand objectives
  • Engage with the consumer to be the voice of the brands we represent
  • Manage digital advertising budgets for social engines, such as Facebook advertising and/or LinkedIn advertising
  • Coordinate with client affiliates for social networking and affiliate marketing
  • Write social media blog content in concert with the Marketing team
  • Upload content into Word Press, including SEO meta data
  • Create engaging social media content – videos, photography and messaging
  • Be responsible & meet deadlines in a fast-paced, real-time social media world
  • Report and analyze insights derived from digital tracking tools

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Associate’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications preferred or 1+ years of hands-on experience
  • A strong interest in the advertising/marketing field
  • Self-motivated, multi-tasker with the ability to keep multiple balls in the air at once
  • Analysis-minded with a focus on metrics and attention to detail
  • A self-starter with the ability to drive the account forward based on client objectives and agency strategy
  • Deadline oriented in an extremely fast-paced industry
  • Must be able to review creative strategies and execute advertising campaigns in support of the budgeted plan
  • Be responsible for monitoring and ensuring that all client deliverables exceed expectations and meet client’s strategy
  • Committed to the highest level of delivery and attention to detail
  • A willingness to learn and “push the envelope” in client services, industry trends and personal growth
  • Be able to create and manage comprehensive budgets
