TagMaster NA is seeking an experienced and accomplished Marketing Coordinator with the ability to multi-task and support the sales team and head up the marketing team. This job will require you to harness the power of social media, automated email platforms including our CRM, SEO optimization, website management, and many other facets related to our marketing efforts. In this role, you will establish a roadmap for how our products are brought to market while spearheading and promoting new products and programs across emerging social media, and marketing technologies and innovations.
Job Responsibility:
Define the roadmap for how our brand and products are activated across social channels which includes developing and leading a robust social media content calendar and strategy
Build measurable and authentic marketing campaigns in service of the brand and business goals across current social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc. and adding to others if deemed necessary) this also includes SEO automated email marketing, promoted advertisements, and website management
Become the expert in our industry and markets media innovations and trends, offering recommendations for extensions into new channels
Be Responsible for Brand, demand generation, product marketing, partnerships, and others to activate strong multi-channel integrated marketing programs
Own all social media account operations and communications from organic posts
Own all website updates, Search Engine Optimization related to our marketing and website, website management and updating and editing existing content
Own all blast email and automated marketing platforms and programs and create organic campaigns and provide ideas with a content calendar and strategy
Develop marketing growth plans to achieve departmental and company KPI’s
Create analytics dashboards to monitor the impact of marketing, social media on our brand and demand generation
Coordinate, create and present marketing content via audio and video webinars
Create, edit, and post videos for marketing initiatives
Create, edit, and post image content using photoshop and adobe products for marketing initiatives
Travel for trade shows and business trips
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (in marketing, communications, or related field)
Experience with technology companies with a focus on companies in access control, security, and identification
3+ years of proven experience working in marketing and or communications (must be in technology, access control, security, identification industry) targeting both B2B and B2C audiences
A digital marketing portfolio of produced marketing work
Strong organizational skills
Dynamic problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal skills
Must be legally eligible to work in the USA
Must be able to use public transportation for business travel (common carrier)
Must be able to understand instructions given in English, both written and verbal
Must be able to lift 50lbs
