Job Description:

Responsible for completing marketing plan for property, managing e-commerce opportunities, and developing relationships with tourism bureaus and community leaders. Tasks include planning leisure marketing, managing property websites, analyzing ROI on campaigns, and ensuring consistent marketing messages.

Job Responsibility:

Assists in region-wide coordination of rooms, food and beverage, spa, and golf promotions
develops leisure marketing plan
maintains, updates, and manages all web sites
coordinates offers and information for publications and inserts
develops brochure and property collateral materials
participates in property imaging work
reviews and provides analysis on website and email campaign tracking
ensures consistent marketing message
manages marketing budget
provides regular tracking/ROI and analysis of promotions
evaluates new marketing opportunities for the property
ensures property representation on internet sites
works with Convention Bureaus and Chambers of Tourism
plans photo shoots
identifies and communicates with distribution channels
acts as liaison between corporate and individual properties
works with media buyer to plan and execute advertising
assists property in developing promotions
ensures corporate marketing guidelines are followed

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
2 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area
2-year degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
no work experience required
