This role combines administrative expertise with creative marketing skills to support a dynamic real estate environment. As a vital contributor to our operations, you will manage marketing materials, assist with property listings, and provide organizational support to brokers and internal teams. This is a long-term contract position offering an engaging mix of structured tasks and creative opportunities.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with brokers to design and update marketing materials, including brochures, property descriptions, and branded presentations using Adobe InDesign
Maintain accurate property information across company platforms and industry databases to ensure listings are market-ready
Support multichannel marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and social media outreach
Assist with administrative tasks such as managing marketing expenses, tracking listings, and preparing agreements for transactions
Coordinate with vendors to produce property marketing materials and organize property tours
Perform high-volume data entry with precision, ensuring all systems and databases remain up-to-date
Prepare proposals, conduct research, and perform comparative analysis to support real estate transactions
Work closely with team members to ensure deadlines are met and processes are optimized
Provide exceptional customer service to brokers, clients, and vendors in a fast-paced setting
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and team collaborations to enhance marketing strategies
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in marketing or administrative roles, preferably in real estate or services requiring attention to detail
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign with a minimum of one year of experience in detail-oriented environments
Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal abilities
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
Experience creating marketing collateral and executing multichannel marketing strategies
Ability to conduct research, prepare proposals, and analyze comparative data
Driven, proactive, and detail-oriented with a willingness to take initiative
Nice to have:
familiarity with Adobe Illustrator is a plus
