Audio content and software media platform provider that reaches millions of consumers through mobile devices is seeking a full-time Marketing Associate. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for executing marketing programs and promotions, maintaining and optimizing key marketing systems — including the CRM — and providing essential support to authors, licensors, and consumers. As a core member of the Marketing Team, this role will help deliver impactful campaigns and contribute to a variety of initiatives that drive engagement and growth. This position reports to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager. The company is an entrepreneurial organization where speed, adaptability, and continuous learning are essential. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven marketer with a strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee and optimize the CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot), ensuring data is consistently accurate, clean, and properly maintained
Support digital content initiatives by assisting with the creation and distribution of content across platforms such as YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram, and TikTok
Assist in the planning, execution and performance tracking of monthly promotional campaigns
Develop and update marketing materials and presentations tailored to client needs
Collaborate cross-functionally to support campaign execution— including updating contact databases, managing email communications, and coordinating release schedules
Contribute to the creation, delivery, and fulfillment of marketing assets for clients
Provide timely, professional customer support by responding to author and consumer inquiries to ensure a high-quality experience
Conduct ongoing competitive research and analysis, maintaining a tracking grid to align the team informed of market trends and best practices
Requirements:
2-5+ years of experience in a digital marketing role
Familiarity with marketing automation systems, including: HubSpot, MailChimp, Hootsuite, Canva, Google Analytics, etc.
Motivated self-starter with a constant desire to meet and exceed goals
Proactive, efficient, and detail oriented, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data organization, reporting, and analysis
Excellent oral and written communication, project management, analytical, and organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree required, marketing or related field a plus
