Job Description:

We are looking for a Marketing Associate I to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in supporting various marketing initiatives and ensuring smooth coordination with partners and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset to execute tasks effectively.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and maintain partner engagement materials, including marketing collateral, websites, and meeting agendas
  • Coordinate and manage logistics for team participation in trade shows and conferences
  • Collaborate with Corporate Communications to oversee the creation and distribution of publicly released materials
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between Sales and Product teams to support partner engagements
  • Ensure that all marketing collateral is developed and managed efficiently, working closely with external creative agencies
  • Organize and lead meetings with partners, ensuring all agenda items are addressed
  • Oversee quality assurance for marketing materials to align with brand and project standards
  • Support team coordination efforts to streamline tasks and optimize project outcomes
  • Handle website updates and ensure content is accurate and engaging

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Proven ability to manage the development of marketing collateral through external creative agencies
  • Strong communication skills to independently engage with partners and third-party vendors
  • Experience coordinating logistics for events, such as trade shows and conferences
  • Familiarity with corporate communications and marketing strategies
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Sales and Product teams to support engagement efforts
  • Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
