Job Responsibility:

Utilize tools like machine learning and statistical analysis to predict trends and target audiences with precision

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to suggest optimizations for campaigns, content, and budgets based on data insights
Leverage software like Google Analytics, Tableau, and CRM platforms to enhance analysis and streamline workflows
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
2–5 years of professional experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a similar role
Strong knowledge of marketing performance metrics, customer journey analytics, and campaign attribution models
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms
Skilled in data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL for data analysis and reporting
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tool
Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights from complex datasets
Expertise in campaign performance measurement, ROI evaluation, and marketing attribution strategies
Sharp problem-solving skills with the capability to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions
