We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual as a Strategic and Administrative Support Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing both strategic and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of marketing operations projects and initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategic plans
Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes
Assist in the development of project strategies and objectives
Organize and coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, and logistics
Take accurate minutes during meetings and distribute them in a timely manner
Follow up on action items and tasks to ensure timely completion
Maintain organized project documentation and files
Collaborate with various leaders and their administrative support to curate materials, compile invitee lists, identify nominees for various opportunities, manage distribution lists, and handle other related tasks
Support the monitoring and modifications of content on various intranet sites
Create and update project plans, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies
Work closely with key stakeholders to monitor project progress
Assist in identifying and mitigating potential barriers
Facilitate communication within the team and with external stakeholders
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed
Clearly and concisely convey information in written and verbal formats
Develop resources such as newsletters and various communications, occasionally with visual or video elements to enhance engagement
Support the development of strong presentations and communication materials
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various projects
Foster a positive and efficient working environment
Requirements:
Proven experience in providing strategic and administrative support
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, Teams, One Note)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Nice to have:
