Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual as a Strategic and Administrative Support Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing both strategic and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of marketing operations projects and initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategic plans
  • Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes
  • Assist in the development of project strategies and objectives
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, and logistics
  • Take accurate minutes during meetings and distribute them in a timely manner
  • Follow up on action items and tasks to ensure timely completion
  • Maintain organized project documentation and files
  • Collaborate with various leaders and their administrative support to curate materials, compile invitee lists, identify nominees for various opportunities, manage distribution lists, and handle other related tasks
  • Support the monitoring and modifications of content on various intranet sites
  • Create and update project plans, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to monitor project progress
  • Assist in identifying and mitigating potential barriers
  • Facilitate communication within the team and with external stakeholders
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed
  • Clearly and concisely convey information in written and verbal formats
  • Develop resources such as newsletters and various communications, occasionally with visual or video elements to enhance engagement
  • Support the development of strong presentations and communication materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various projects
  • Foster a positive and efficient working environment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in providing strategic and administrative support
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, Teams, One Note)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
