In this role, you’ll be reporting to the Marketing Activation Manager with a hybrid working schedule between our Fairfield, NJ location and home office.
Job Responsibility:
Create unforgettable experiences
Support all aspects of event planning and management, from concept ideation to flawless execution
Develop and maintain an annual event calendar
Curate industry partnerships
Coordinate with designers, partners, and vendors to bring showhouses and collaborations to life
Conduct research to identify visionary designers for future partnerships
Amplify our voice
Manage press pitching and communications calendars
Liaise with editors, design centers, and internal teams to ensure seamless press coverage
Be the operational backbone
Input and monitor marketing activities in our task management system
Manage expenses, resolve discrepancies, and liaise with Finance for timely payments
Orchestrate logistics with precision
Schedule and organize meetings, book travel, and oversee all related logistics
Measure success
Gather and analyze data to evaluate the impact of events, partnerships, and press initiatives
Share insights and recommendations to continuously elevate our marketing efforts
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and experienced in managing vendors and client relationships
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing multiple projects and priorities
Collaborative team player with positive energy, adaptability, and openness to reprioritization
Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset and exceptional attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Interest in Marketing or Interior Design is strongly desired
