Analyze system logs, debug source code, and create incident reports
Serve as an escalation point for MES Technicians
Work closely with production engineers, managers, and stakeholders
Assist users with manufacturing IT, quality datas, and robot status and communication
Train and support MES Technicians
Ensure high availability of systems through clustering, replication, backups, and patching
