Manufacturing Engineer

• Support NPI projects and industrialize them in various fabrication disciplines
• Collaborate with Mechanical Design to develop high-value mechanical solutions
• Work with supply chain to establish processes and high yields
• Value engineering of existing products
• Manage tooling methodologies to lower costs, gain efficiencies, and improve quality
• Resolve quality and process issues with global contract manufacturing and original design manufacturing partners
• Audit global mechanical suppliers
• Transition assembly or mechanical components between manufacturers

• BS/MS Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial)
• 7 - 10 years in Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering
• 10-12 years in Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering with sheet metal hard tooling experience (stage, prog, modular tooling)
• Standard Computer Skills, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Solid works (CAD based tool)
