Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Manhattan Active Omni Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain and order management systems. As a key member of our organization, you will leverage your expertise in Manhattan Omni solutions to enhance business operations, improve system performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyze, configure, and maintain Manhattan Omni Order Management System (OMS) to meet operational requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to streamline order fulfillment workflows
  • Ensure seamless integration between Manhattan Omni OMS and other enterprise systems, including WMS, TMS, and eCommerce platforms
  • Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and provide technical support to ensure uninterrupted operations
  • Conduct system testing, prepare documentation, and support deployment efforts for upgrades, patches, and new functionalities
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track order management metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
  • Work closely with IT, operations, and customer service teams to ensure alignment with business objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience working with Manhattan Omni OMS or other Manhattan Associates solutions
  • Strong understanding of order management processes, including order orchestration, inventory allocation, and fulfillment strategies
  • Experience with integration tools and frameworks (e.g., APIs, EDI)
  • Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with enterprise system architecture and data workflows
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment

Nice to have:

  • Certification in Manhattan Associates solutions
  • Experience with cloud-based OMS platforms and microservices architecture
  • Background in retail, eCommerce, or supply chain operations
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
