Job Description:

As a Managing Consultant, you will lead high-impact consulting engagements, enabling clients to transform their workforce, elevate leadership capabilities, and foster resilient organizational cultures. You will act as a strategic partner to senior executives, driving measurable outcomes and innovative talent solutions. Success metrics include topline performance, client relationship expansion, business acquisition, and consulting team effectiveness and engagement.

Job Responsibility:

Serve as the primary point of contact for flagship accounts, ensuring strategic alignment, delivery excellence, and long-term client satisfaction
own accountability for business development targets, including identifying growth opportunities and shaping proposals
lead end-to-end execution of HR and talent strategy engagements
cultivate and sustain trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior HR leaders
translate complex business strategies into actionable, high-impact talent solutions
generate and share forward-thinking insights on human capital trends
mentor and develop junior consultants
oversee multi-workstream project teams

Requirements:

Exceptional analytical acumen
executive presence and stakeholder influence
advanced communication proficiency
collaborative and inspirational leadership
expertise in HR and talent strategy
agility in ambiguity
managing consultants typically hold advanced degrees (MBA, MS, Ph.D.) and bring 12+ years of experience in HR consulting and talent advisory
track record of leading consulting teams and delivering transformative strategies
