Job Description:

Manager in the Strategic Projects Team at Fever, responsible for leading high-impact initiatives, managing a team, driving alignment, and ensuring continuous improvement of Fever’s positioning.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and develop a high-performing team
define and implement scalable strategies to improve proposal quality and vertical growth performance
own opportunity qualification and vertical growth planning
act as the strategic liaison for senior stakeholders
ensure consistent quality and impact across materials
coordinate complex initiatives across teams

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
6+ years in strategic project management, business development, or a related field
native-level English
proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships
track record of conducting market research and transforming data into clear, actionable strategies
ability to craft and deliver compelling presentations and documentation
demonstrated ability to develop and execute growth strategies with measurable impact
familiarity with CRM platforms, analytics tools, and project management tools
strong bias for action with a creative, solution-oriented mindset
comfortable navigating ambiguity and continuously learning in a fast-moving environment

Nice to have:

advanced degrees (e.g., MBA)
prior experience managing RFPs, public tenders, or strategic bidding processes
technical proficiency with CRM platforms, analytics tools, and project management tools
