Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional with strong RTR and accounting knowledge to lead critical finance activities across Real Estate Accounting (IFRS16), APA, Billing and OTC processes. The individual will independently manage multiple projects, drive cross-functional collaboration, and support end‑to‑end finance operations to ensure accuracy, compliance and timely delivery. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical capabilities, solid understanding of IFRS, and experience in process optimisation or automation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct in‑depth analysis across Real Estate (IFRS16), APA, Billing and OTC processes, resolving issues and improving outcomes
  • Lead multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional finance teams including Billing, APA, Real Estate IFRS16 and General Ledger
  • Drive and support full-cycle finance operations ensuring accuracy, compliance and quality
  • Manage and deliver automation and simplification initiatives to enhance efficiency and improve process quality
  • Apply strong accounting and IFRS16 knowledge to support real estate accounting and financial reporting
  • Interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide insights that support business decisions

Requirements:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant / ACCA / MBA with 3–6 years of experience in RTR, FP&A or related finance domains
  • Skilled in accounting, IFRS, analytical thinking and financial reporting
  • Experienced in Real Estate Accounting (IFRS16), APA, Billing, OTC or similar finance areas
  • Proactive, collaborative and able to independently drive deliverables across diverse teams
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple organisational levels
  • Proficient in SAP and familiar with automation or process improvement initiatives
