Job Description:

People-focused and results-oriented Manager to lead Business Intelligence (BI) Developers and Quality Assurance (QA) professionals, focusing on building high-performing team culture, guiding career development, and ensuring delivery of trusted, high-quality BI solutions across the organization

Job Responsibility:

Lead and develop the team of BI Developers and QA Engineers
Drive quality assurance excellence including requirements traceability, test planning, regression testing, automation
Ensure reliable BI delivery of Power BI dashboards, tabular models, and analytics solutions
Foster collaboration with BI Lead and business stakeholders
Set standards and best practices for code versioning, peer reviews, governance, documentation
Maintain operational stability and oversee monitoring and incident management for BI systems
Plan for growth through workforce planning, hiring, and onboarding
Promote continuous improvement across BI and QA functions
Ensure compliance and governance with security, data governance, and audit requirements

Requirements:

6+ years in BI development, data engineering, or analytics
2+ years in a people management or team leadership role
Strong background in managing QA processes for BI solutions including manual and automated testing
Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL, and AAS/SSAS tabular models
Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Solid understanding of security principles such as role-based access, least privilege, and audit tracking
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field

Nice to have:

Exposure to Snowflake, Databricks, or Azure BI stack
Advanced degrees or certifications in Power BI, Azure, or QA methodologies
