Job Description:

The PULSE Product Governance Team is responsible for governing the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring strong risk management, operational excellence, and transparent decision-making across the product development activities. We evaluate and refine lifecycle controls, enhance process quality and enable consistent governance for program development on Debit products across the Global Payments Network. As a Project Risk Manager at Capital One you’ll be responsible for working with business partners to ensure adherence with enterprise risks and controls that support the Product Lifecycle

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage a team that serves as an interdepartmental liaison, interfacing with lines of Business, Tech and Risk to provide oversight of and adherence to enterprise standards and controls across the Product Lifecycle
  • Oversee management of controls and risk standards through execution, testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement
  • Gather data and reporting
  • perform initial analysis or potentially evaluate data provided by team analysts
  • Design and implement internal governance processes
  • Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments

Requirements:
