Job Responsibility:
Drive the Interior Decorative Category performance and leverage business potential through projects, processes, deliver plans & implementations
Responsible for growing the interior category and brand with support from the region, local sales, technical, supply chain, and customer network to achieve agreed category goals
Generate marketing deliverables (insight, business case, key selling arguments, and communication package)
Drive the Category innovation strategy by identifying consumer insights and preparing Innovation concepts in cooperation with the Innovation Manager
Develop and maintain local interior assortment and identify market needs, closely coordinate with different functions to increase market shares and profitability
Initiate and implement campaigns, launches, innovations, or similar based on market analysis, competitor monitoring, and customer insight within assigned areas of responsibility
Ensure the necessary marketing vehicles (products, systems, and marketing material) are in place
Responsible for new product launches and implementations by working closely with local and regional marketing teams in order to drive the success of new innovations
Proactively tracking competition activities across various touch points and taking necessary actions
Develop and implement proper pricing and product management strategies by analysing market information and working closely with the Sales team in order to increase sales and market share in the responsible geographical area
Being able to match Jotun's product portfolio to our target markets, identifying the gaps, and deciding on corrective action or products needed, matching these needs with correct innovations
Coordinate and assist in devising the strategies, AOP, budget etc. to achieve the segment’s objective and targets
Manage the interior product content of the India website, Develop product level digital marketing communication and social media activation along with the communications team
Work closely with the retail team to optimize distribution and execute campaigns that enhance secondary sales through painters, shop specialists, and homeowners
Manage marketing activities to promote the interior range with external stakeholders namely, architects, developers, consultants & designers
