Job Description:

This role is responsible for leading and overseeing the OS&E (Operating Supplies & Equipment) strategy and execution throughout the pre-opening lifecycle. Working in close collaboration with internal stakeholders, Ownership, Design Services, and third-party procurement partners, the Manager, Pre-Opening OS&E ensures that OS&E programs are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with Four Seasons brand standards. This role focuses on project management, planning, and procurement within a global context, with an emphasis on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to specification.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage OS&E planning, procurement coordination, and expediting activities across assigned EMEA projects
  • Partner with Design Services, Pre-Opening Services, Operations, and Ownership to align OS&E scope, standards, and timelines
  • Oversee OS&E procurement strategies executed by UPI and third-party procurement (3PP) partners
  • Review OS&E budgets, schedules, specifications, and procurement documentation for compliance with Four Seasons standards
  • Monitor production, delivery, installation, and closeout activities to ensure operational readiness at opening
  • Identify risks, gaps, or delays and implement corrective actions in collaboration with project stakeholders
  • Guide and support OS&E Coordinators and expediting resources across multiple projects
  • Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and post-opening closeout for all OS&E activities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in OS&E, procurement, or pre-opening services within luxury hospitality or large-scale project environments
  • Proven experience managing OS&E programs for hotel or mixed-use developments, including new builds and renovations
  • Strong understanding of OS&E standards, procurement processes, logistics, and installation sequencing
  • Experience working with ownership groups, consultants, and third-party procurement vendors
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
  • Experience in EMEA markets is a strong advantage
