Job Description:

Unilever is seeking a culturally fluent, creatively driven Manager of PR, Influencer & Digital Capabilities to lead earned storytelling, creator partnerships, and next-generation PR systems for Knorr. This role sits at the intersection of culture, creativity, and capability. It is an opportunity to shape how Knorr earns attention, relevance, and love — not just through great ideas, but through smarter systems that scale impact over time. In this critical hybrid (creative leader + system builder) role, you will shape how Knorr shows up in culture to drive relevant conversation and brand love through breakthrough earned moments, always-on influencer strategy, and scalable new models. The ideal candidate brings sharp creative instincts, strong operational rigor, and a builder’s mindset. The individual must be able to deliver culturally resonant PR and influencer work today while testing and scaling the digital capabilities that will define how the brand wins tomorrow. The role is an individual contributor, operating with significant autonomy and influence, and partnering closely with agency teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and leadership.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead Knorr’s earned media strategy, driving cultural relevance, conversation, and impact through proactive storytelling and press engagement
  • Architect earned-first narratives and moments that elevate Knorr within food, lifestyle, culture, and broader consumer conversations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media and cultural voices that align with Knorr’s brand and ambition
  • Partner with agencies to deliver standout press moments, launches, and cultural activations that increase share of voice and buzz
  • Own local issues management for Knorr, managing crises directly with agency partners and ensuring timely, brand-appropriate response
  • Integrate influencer storytelling tightly with PR, earned moments, and social-first creative not as a bolt-on, but as a core amplifier
  • Establish and manage measurement and ROI frameworks for influencer activity, ensuring work drives meaningful brand and business outcomes
  • Explore and activate creator-led commerce opportunities in partnership with agencies and internal teams
  • Support end-to-end influencer strategy for Knorr including always-on presence and key tentpole moments
  • Act as a capability builder for Knorr — testing, learning, and scaling new models across PR and content strategy
  • Lead experimentation across: AI-enabled content and workflows
  • Creator commerce and monetization models
  • Content supply chain optimization
  • Emerging platforms and formats
  • Develop playbooks, frameworks, and best practices that can be consistently applied to improve speed, quality, and impact
  • Bring a systems mindset to earned and influencer work — improving how ideas move from concept to cultural moment
  • Collaborate with global team on Digital capabilities and new model role out developments and deployment
  • Lead and inspire PR and influencer agencies, setting clear expectations, holding accountability, and pushing for creative and strategic excellence
  • Partner closely with brand, media, insights, and demand creation teams to ensure earned and influencer efforts are fully integrated into broader plans
  • Serve as a strong thought partner internally — bringing cultural intelligence, creative POV, and performance rigor to the table

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Preference in Marketing or similar)
  • 6+ years of experience across PR (Influencer marketing a plus)
  • Proven ability to deliver culturally resonant PR work that drives impact
  • Strong understanding of the evolving media landscape, creator economy, and social-first storytelling
  • Demonstrated experience owning measurement, ROI, and performance frameworks
  • Interested in learning and leading the evolving AI landscape
  • Experience managing agencies with clarity, confidence, and accountability
  • Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor with influence across teams
  • Curious, builder-minded, and energized by testing what’s next
What we offer:
  • Bonus eligible
  • Long-Term Incentive (LTI) eligible
