Job Description:

Lead critical operational functions supporting a rapidly growing network of 350+ healthcare providers across all 50 states. Own the end-to-end process of onboarding Allara providers, maintaining compliance with credentialing requirements, and maintaining strong relationships with providers and other key stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure providers are fully credentialed, maximized in payer enrollments, and ready to deliver care from day one
  • Direct and mentor a team of Specialists and Coordinators
  • Maintain warm and engaging relationships with providers throughout the credentialing and onboarding process
  • Define project priorities, timelines, and KPIs
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, QA measures, and dashboards for monitoring enrollment, licensing, and compliance
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve operational workflows and data management practices
  • Design and implement automations to foster process improvement

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of healthcare operations experience
  • At least 1 year in a management role
  • Experience managing distributed healthcare provider networks (100+ providers preferred)
  • Proven track record in operational analytics and KPI management

Nice to have:

  • Background in multi-state telehealth, digital health, or virtual care operations
  • Experience with multi-state healthcare operations and provider network management
  • Experience with learning management systems or provider onboarding software solutions
