Job Description:

The Manager on Duty is responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and supervising staff to meet both financial and service objectives. This role focuses on leadership, communication, and maintaining high standards in guest experiences aligned with the W Hotels brand values.

Job Responsibility:

Managing daily operations to meet quality and guest expectation standards
handling complaints and resolving conflicts
supervising staff to ensure service and financial objectives are met
fostering communication and performance culture
ensuring operations align with financial goals
leading and influencing the team
fostering mutual trust and team cooperation.

Requirements:

Experience in day-to-day hotel operations
