Job Description:

The Manager of Microsoft Alliance is an execution-focused leader within 3Cloud’s Programs and Partnerships organization, responsible for activating Microsoft relationships across new markets, industries, and growth initiatives. This role embeds with Sales leadership, Alliance Specialists, and Microsoft field teams to establish operating cadence, execute joint go-to-market activities, and accelerate pipeline. Once stability is achieved, ownership transitions to steady-state alliance resources.

Job Responsibility:

  • Activate Microsoft relationships in new or under-penetrated markets and industries
  • Establish rhythms of the business with Microsoft field teams and Sales leadership
  • Embed with VPs of Sales and sellers during new market or industry launches
  • Execute joint go-to-market and pipeline acceleration activities
  • Plan and deliver channel-focused events and joint sales engagements
  • Orchestrate follow-up and handoff of opportunities generated
  • Support co-sell motions alongside Sales and Alliance Specialists
  • Track activation metrics including leads generated and pipeline influenced
  • Partner with Sales Operations to ensure visibility into impact
  • Transition stabilized relationships and motions to Alliance Specialists
  • Move quickly to the next priority activation area

Requirements:

  • 5 or more years of experience in alliances, partnerships, or sales enablement roles
  • Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft field teams
  • Strong execution and facilitation mindset
  • Proven collaboration with Sales leadership
