Job Responsibility:
Delivering day-to-day operations and driving strategic growth levers for CVS Health's 3rd Party Marketplace business
Cross-functional collaboration, P&L ownership, and driving innovation in digital merchandising and customer experience
Strategic planning including assortment plans, pricing strategies, promotional calendars, and technology enhancements
Developing relationships with cross functional partners
Analyzing overall Delivery Marketplace business and forecasting financials
Managing relationships with 3rd party vendors
Managing Delivery Marketplace P&L including analyzing results and forecasting
Developing and executing content plans for Delivery Marketplace platforms
Managing relationship with CVS digital product and engineering
Developing and supporting marketplace event/promotions strategy
Driving technology enhancement roadmap
Identifying business growth opportunities
Requirements:
6+ years' experience in merchandising, financial planning, or related field
Understanding of retail financial metrics and ability to model forecasts
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Ability to travel 10% of time
Self-directed requiring little direction
