We are seeking a strategic operational leader to drive the next evolution of our WhatsApp change management operations and learning ecosystem. This role will contribute to lead our AI-first transformation — enabling scale, speed, and personalization across a highly matrixed, global organization. As a leader, you will own the operational backbone of our learning and change management strategy, ensuring that our content, systems, workflows, and learning mechanisms deliver High quality experiences. You will also partner closely with cross-functional groups—including business units, Quality, Workforce, and other similar peer groups —to accelerate adoption, drive alignment, and deliver measurable business impact.
