The Manager - IT Project Delivery oversees three key delivery streams: Project Management, Business Analysis (including Scrum Masters), and Quality Assurance. The position ensures these disciplines work together to deliver exceptional business outcomes through modern Agile and hybrid practices, supported by team leaders managing day-to-day operations. You will provide strategic direction and coaching to drive delivery excellence, improve quality with a strong focus on automation, and foster collaboration across teams. The role requires proven expertise in project management, leadership of diverse teams, and a commitment to continuous improvement, ensuring seamless integration of these functions to achieve business goals.
Job Responsibility:
Define and implement delivery and quality strategies across QA
Establish governance frameworks aligned with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid methodologies
Drive adoption of scalable tools, automation, metrics, and emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI)
Ensure consistency through playbooks, standards, and reusable patterns
Lead QA engineers, Project Managers, and Business Analysts
Provide coaching, feedback, and career development support
Manage resource allocation and team workload to meet timelines
Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on value delivery
Oversee planning and execution of testing and delivery activities
Partner with stakeholders to align on scope, quality, and timelines
Monitor risks, resourcing, and escalations
intervene on high-impact initiatives
Promote delivery excellence and continuous feedback loops
Explore emerging practices and technologies (e.g., AI-assisted QA)
Build communities of practice to share knowledge and drive innovation
Requirements:
At least 7+ years in the technology delivery industry
3+ years in a leadership or management role
Proven experience leading cross-functional delivery teams including QA, Project Managers, and Business Analysts
Deep understanding of delivery frameworks: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or Hybrid
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication across executive, product, and engineering domains
Strong track record in team leadership, resourcing, coaching and performance management
Strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, and adaptability to varying request
Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills
